Copenhagen Bike Festival is one of the main activities organised and promoted by the Copenhagen Bike Community Asp a not-for-profit organisation founded in 2020 whose aim is to promote cycling mobility in the city of Copenhagen and engage children, men and women to embrace a more healthy, sustainable and free way to move: the bike.

Mads Wulff
Founder of the Copenhagen Bike Festival
Mads has used bicycles for transportation and exercise all his life. For him, cycling is a lifestyle. Mads is a high school teacher and environmental activist. He is also a chairman of the board of Copenhagen Cycling Community.

Kateřina Joštová
Project Manager
Kateřina is an organizational talent and full of positive energy. She has worked for an NGO organizing the ‘Bike to work campaign’ in the Czech Republic. Kateřina loves how cycling is integrated into Danish culture and would love to see this trend in her home country. She recently graduated in Spacial Design and now works with digital publishing. In her free time, you can find her on a yoga mat, cooking, or exploring Copenhagen.
Sara
Intern/Project Manager
Sara is an environmental activist, originally from Italy but with a passion for Nordic cultures, above all Finland. As a student in Nordic Urban Planning, she believes that bikes are the key for a better world for the environment, social interactions and body movement. In her free time you can find her winter swimming, camping or biking around Europe!
